The ISA Rocky Mountain Chapter is at the forefront of urban, community, commercial and utility forestry in this area. The chapter has gained recognition from the national society for the quality of its local programs and newsletter, and commitment to tree-related education and research. Specifically, Chapter membership entitles you to:

  • Quarterly issues of “Rocky Mountain Arborist” keeping you up to date on tree industry developments and news unique to our Rocky Mountain region.
  • Top educational programs offered at the annual Pro-Green Expo held jointly with other green industry organizations in Colorado. This show takes place in January of each year.
  • Special workshops to fulfill Continuing Education requirements under the ISA Certification Program.
  • The excitement of “hands on” educational activities and tree-climbing competition at the Tree Climbing Championship in October.
  • Keeping up your knowledge and certification at the Pesticide Applicators Workshop in November of each year.
  • Member Discounts to the above, plus any additional new special programs that might be currently in the planning stages.

The majority of our programs take place in the Denver area where most of our members are concentrated. However, we usually participate in at least one program a year in the other three states comprising our chapter.
