This sponsorship comprehensive package offers 3 levels of giving from which to choose.  By becoming a sponsor of the chapter, we can offer your company excellent publicity and exposure at our events.

 

We are already mailing brochures for the many 2007 chapter workshops.  Please try to make your decision soon so you can be included on all of the brochures.

$5000 Oak Leaf Sponsor

Trade Show Sponsor is invited to display at all 3 chapter functions offering commercial displays. 

  • 250 square foot outdoor display at the Chapter Climbing Competition.  This event draws at least 100 chapter members, other arborists and the public in a prominent Front Range Park.  This two-day outdoor event includes the Regional Tree Climbing Championship and a climbing workshop. 
  • 100 square foot indoor display at the Annual Pesticide Workshop.  This program attracts over 300 pesticide applicators for 2 days of pesticide education. 
  • 100 square foot indoor display at the Rocky Mountain Chapter Annual Meeting.  This 2 ½ day event attracts 150+ delegates from four chapter states for a 2 ½ day program of education and fellowship

Recognition in Chapter Publications

  • Sponsor will have their name and logo in all chapter publications.
  • Full 1 page advertisement in Rocky Mountain Arborist , the official newsletter of the chapter.  Rocky Mountain Arborist is published on a quarterly basis to over 500 members residing in the states of Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, and Wyoming.  Also there will be a special recognition section naming your company as a Corporate Sponsor of the chapter.
  • Name and Logo in all brochures.  Brochures announcing upcoming chapter events are mailed to all members, previous attendees, and select industry personnel.  Our mailings reach over 2000 people in the Rocky Mountain Region.  Approximately 20 mailings will be made this year.

Recognition in Event Signage, Banners, and Garments

  • Sponsor will have their name and logo at all official chapter functions, displays and event clothing. 
  • This includes top billing on all signage with large lettering.   Signage is provided at each chapter event, prominently displayed, “With Thanks to Our Sponsors.”
  • Your company’s name and logo will receive top billing on a large banner prominently displayed at Chapter Climbing Competition and Workshop, Pesticide Workshop, and Rocky Mountain Chapter Annual Meeting.
  • The chapter provides high quality t-shirts to all participants & judges in the Climbing Competition.  Your name and logo will receive special placement on the t-shirt that will be worn long after the event.

Internet Advertising

  • Sponsor will be prominently displayed in the chapter web page.   Our web page receives over 4,000 hits each month. 
  • The Internet advertising that you will receive includes a banner at the top of our sponsor’s page along with your name, logo, and hot link to your own web site. 

Admission to Official Chapter Events

  • Sponsor will receive 10 paid passes to the Pesticide Workshop and 5 paid passes to the Rocky Mountain Chapter Annual meeting.  These passes may be used by your company or given to your constituents as a thank-you for doing business with you. 

Commemorative Plaque

  • The chapter president will present this to the Sponsor at the chapter’s annual meeting.
  • This will be ideal for company reception area, indicating your commitment to arboricultural education and participation in the chapter.
